We’ve been told our entire lives that fruits and vegetables are good for us, but rarely do we ever stop and think about the reasons why. Join Alexa on Thursday 1/30 as she presents information on what vitamins and minerals support our mental health! This is her first nutrition workshop in 2020! In this workshop, Alexa will discuss how fruits and vegetables can improve our mental outlook by supplying our brains with some of the key micronutrients they need to thrive! The location for this event is Pure Raw Juice – Hampden. Each attendee will receive one menu item from Pure Raw Juice with the cost of your registration! Alexa Bedingfield, MS offers clinical nutrition counseling at Terra Counseling and Consulting located in Hampden, Baltimore specializing in the connection between nutrition and mental health. This workshop will discuss the importance of adequate fruit and vegetable intake for optimal brain health. This workshop will benefit anyone who is looking to optimize their mental wellness through good nutrition and mindful eating habits. This workshop will also benefit mental health professionals looking to gain a better understanding of basic nutrition principles.

Alexa is not a licensed therapist but is a CNS-candidate who has passed the written CNS exam and is months away from certification and licensure as a Licensed Dietician Nutritionist (LDN) in Maryland.
