TERRA COUNSELING & CONSULTING WELCOMES REGISTERED DIETITIAN, KRISTINE PRICE, MS, RD, LDN
Baltimore, Maryland: Kristine Price, MS, RD, LDN, CYT-200, joined the team as the newest clinician at Terra Counseling & Consulting, Inc (Terra). She is a registered dietitian and a seasoned nutritional professional with over a decade of experience providing body-led dietetic guidance to her clients.
Price earned her Master’s in Clinical Nutrition from New York University, where she completed her dietetic internship at the James J. Peters Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and Psychology, is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and a Certified Yoga Instructor. Currently, she is a candidate to become a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist.
Price joins Terra after spending years providing nutritional care to veterans of all ages at the Veterans Administration in the Maryland Health Care System. She has also led her own private practice at Body Led Wellness.
“Kristine is adept at supporting her clients through all stages of their journeys to foster mind-body synchronicity,” said Amy Price, MA, LCPC, Clinical Director. “She works diligently to create a non-judgmental space where her clients can explore the connection between nutrition and mental health to achieve balance and, ultimately, thrive.”
“I believe my clients are in the driver’s seat,” Kristine Price said. “My role is to act as a tour guide as they re-imagine their approach to health and wellness. Throughout the process, I provide guardrails to ensure clients are consuming safe and adequate nutrition.”
“I appreciate that food is about much more than nutrition,” Kristine Price said. “I teach my clients to use flexibility, balance, and self-compassion in their approach to eating. Ultimately, I want them to leave feeling confident in their ability to nourish their bodies without stress or fear.”
